Youthpass Certificate


European instrument for participants of projects funded by the Erasmus Youth in Action and the European Solidarity Corps programme s: for young people and youth workers.

Our activities ended up with Youthpass Celebration – time to receive the certificate and speak more about the 8 key competences the certificate points out.

Each participants after attending the seminar or training course gets the Youthpass Certificate together with the access to online platform where you can edit the 8 key competes:
1. Multilingual competence : is the ability to use different languages for communication and to understand and express thoughts, feelings and facts orally or in writing.
2. Personal, social and learning to learn competence is the ability to learn to learn, to manage one’s own learning and to reflect on oneself. It is about time and information management.
3. Citizenship competence is the ability to act as responsible citizens and to fully participate in civic and social life, based on understanding of social, economic, legal and political concepts as well as global developments and sustainability.
4. Entrepreneurship competence refers to the capacity to act upon opportunities and to turn ideas into action that has value for others.
5. Competence in cultural awareness and expression is the understanding of how ideas are creatively expressed in different cultures, through different arts.
6. Digital competence involves the responsible use of digital technologies; communication and collaboration, media literacy, digital content creation, safety, intellectual property related questions, problem solving and critical thinking.
7. Mathematical competence and competence in science, technology, engineering (STEM) is the ability to use mathematical thinking to solve problems in everyday situations.
8. Literacy competence is the ability to understand and express thoughts, feelings and facts orally, in writing or in other forms, and to interact with others. It is the basis for further learning.

Since its launch in 2007 and by the beginning of 2020, a total of about 1.056.000 Youthpass certificates have been created in 66.650 projects
by almost 27.000 organisations
